Mrs. Cooley works as a Senior Office Assistant in the Public Lobby at the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center. Mrs. Cooley maintains a positive attitude daily while on duty. She provides excellent customer service to all members of the public and goes above and beyond to provide answers/assistance in the Public Lobby. Mrs. Cooley even assists Spanish speakers who would otherwise be struggling to find immediate assistance. Mrs. Cooley has played a key role in training new staff and maintaining harmony in the public lobby.
