Board Members Sought for Forsyth Memorial Hospital

The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners in consultation with the Forsyth Memorial Hospital Triad Region Board of Trustees' Nominating Committee and Novant Health's Joint Membership Committee, will consider the following volunteer board appointments at the Board of Commissioners' regular scheduled meeting on October 26, 2009.

• Five (5) Appointments to the FORSYTH MEMORIAL HOSPITAL TRIAD REGION BOARD OF TRUSTEES, Three-Year Terms, Expiring December 2012 [Capacity: Open]

The deadline for receiving resumes and completed questionnaires is Monday, September 14, 2009 at 5:00 p.m.
