Your child may qualify for Health Check (Medicaid) or NC Health Choice – free or low-cost health insurance for children and teens under 19 years old (up to 21 for Medicaid). Benefits include, but are not limited to:
- Well-child checkups
- Sick visits
- Dental care
- Immunizations
- Counseling
