The Dental and WIC Clinics located at 501 N. Cleveland Avenue are temporarily closed until further notice.

WIC clients that visit this location should visit the main location at the Department of Public Health at 799 N. Highland Avenue. WIC clients should call 336-703-3336 to schedule an appointment.
