Value-Added Dairy Grants

NC State Extension has announced a new round of Value-Added Dairy Grant Funding. Visit https://dairy.ces.ncsu.edu/. to learn more. Applications are due November 1, but applicants are strongly encouraged to submit their drafts sooner for feedback and input. The Project will:

• diversify dairy product markets to reduce risk and develop higher value uses for dairy products
• promote business development that diversifies farmer income through processing and marketing innovation
• encourage the use of regional milk production
